Flexibility is not only about moving a pod. It is the ability to adjust capacity with an acceptable combination of cost, disruption and risk. Break it into three layers.

1. Layout flexibility

Could the space move to a new zone, change its relationship to desks, or be replaced with a different capacity? A pod may make this conversation more product-led, but its route, floor, services and local requirements still need review.
